Homeopathic medicines very rarely produce side effects. However, a slight increase in symptoms may be experienced at the start of treatment; this is known as 'aggravation' and is a harmless indication that the body's own natural healing powers are starting to work.

If this happens you should stop taking the remedies until the aggravation subsides and then restart.

If the symptoms continue to worsen after stopping the remedy, it could be that the condition is worsening and you should seek advice from your GP or pharmacist.
